Alteo is looking for an IT Supervisor for a permanent position based in Montreal (South Shore).
*** Hybrid work: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote ***
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 9 programmer analysts.
Responsibilities:
> Team Management / HR (70%)
Support team members in developing their expertise, encouraging versatility and professional growth
Participate in recruitment and foster team engagement
Track objectives and conduct performance evaluations
Coordinate compensation and access management

In collaboration with the Head of Services, oversee budget tracking and capacity management for the department
