Reporting to the Head of the IT Project Office, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of medium- and large-scale projects in a matrix environment, in collaboration with various IT teams, internal partners, and vendor teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Project Analysis and Planning
Analyze and document business requirements, costs, and project feasibility.
Define an appropriate project management strategy and governance framework.
Draft the project charter and plan, specifying timelines, costs, challenges, and objectives.
Ensure that deliverables are approved by the relevant authorities.
