Alteo is looking for a Customer Service / IT Support Specialist for a 12-month contract based in Montreal (West Island). 100% on-site.
Responsibilities:
Be on-site Monday through Friday to greet users and visitors and address their needs.
Draft announcements and manage their distribution to users.
Provide first-level IT support to users (network connection, hardware, software).
Ensure the smooth operation of multifunction copiers: resolve software installation issues, coordinate maintenance and repairs with the vendor, and provide training to new users.
Install and configure IP phones for new users. Troubleshoot first-level issues and, if necessary, contact the telephone service provider for more complex problems.
